The three East Side Highway District Board members are elected officials. The duties, powers and election process for the Highway District Commissioners are listed under Idaho Code: Title 40 Highway and Bridges, Chapter 13 Highway Districts, Chapter 6 Commissioners.
The Board of Commissioners meet monthly on the 3rd Monday; however, there are some exceptions. Please see the Board Meeting tab to see the meeting schedule. Meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. at the District’s main office located at 6095 E Mullan Trail Road, Coeur d Alene. Our meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to attend. We are Title VI compliant, and ask that you please contact the office 72 hours prior to the meeting, for accommodations.
